Kitchen Reveal

Captain and I are finally done with our kitchen, well for the most part. There are a few things that missed the final inspection, but it is close enough to show you the pics. Please note that some of these pics are really 2 photos shoved together, so some of the edges may be ... odd.

I like it! Particularly the island. I love the chalkboard paint on the fridge. What kind of prep did that require? Was the surface smooth or textured? Nicely done :).

This is a fantastic island! I love that color blue in your kitchen -- it absolutely pops! You have done SO much work -- and it has totally paid off -- looks great! :)

Also! Your chalkboard fridge looks great, Leslie. Don't you just LOVE being able to write on it? I don't know what I will ever do if I can't just jot notes and grocery lists right on my fridge. :)

Maybe you'll want to add a twitter icon to your site. I just bookmarked this blog, although I must complete it by hand. Simply my 2 cents.
